Process Steps

  • Schedule a project closure meeting.
  • Request input from project team members for agenda items.
  • Issue agenda.
  • Issue Go Forward Plan to all attendees (if not already done).
  • Meeting should include:
  • Review project performance
  • Review team performance
  • Review individual performance
  • Feedback individual performance reviews to practice leads
  • Discuss 'lessons learned'
  • Document findings
  • Close and 'thank you'
  • Send all project documents to the central repository.
